Porter Mag

Have you picked up the new Porter magazine yet? I grabbed it

on a whim on my way to Spain a few weeks ago and couldn't put

it down. The editorials are fresh, the interviews break from

the standard glossy mag template ("_____ walked into the cafe

wearing _____ with her hair _____ and ordered _____" No! NO!), 

and there's an awesome mix of fashion, art, business, and travel.

Plus a little Devil Wears Prada throwdown with Vogue adds a bit

of drama to the whole experience!

Color me impressed. You can find me in yoga pants and Uggs (I

know, I know) when it snows. Looks like fur (faux and/or real!),

oversized hoods, Mongolian wool, beanies, fedoras, and above the

knee boots (if Marina and Miro have anything to say about it) are

the way to stay warm this winter. Happy to see 

fur-collared coats haven't gone anywhere.

Oh, and ski goggles. Of course. Only at Fashion Week.

Best. Trend. Ever.

I love any excuse to justify leaving my apartment in 

"lounge wear" (read: glorified pajamas), so Tory Burch 

giving "louche pajama dressing" (her words, not mine) 

the okay is pretty much music to my ears.
