And the award for Best Dressed goes to...
...Diane Kruger in Valentino at Vanity Fair. No contest.
Okay slight contest from Lupita who basically "won the Oscars".

BEST DRESSED: CFDA Awards
Best Dressed at tonight's CFDA Awards goes to
Olivia Palermo in Dennis Basso. The shoes, the fringe,
the clutch, the neckline - she looks amazing. On a side
note, I once stood behind Olivia and her smokeshow of a
boyfriend in airport security. I was very pleased
to see that this sartorial goddess also changes into
yoga pants before boarding. Stars - they're just like us!
Runner up:
Karolina Kurkova in Michael Kors

BEST DRESSED: Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic
...goes to Delfina Blacquier, Anne V, Julia Restoin
But honestly it should just go to ANYONE WHO WENT OUTSIDE
WEARING CLOTHES ON SATURDAY. The heat in New York was truly
unbearable. The words "SO THIS IS WHERE I DIE" actually ran
through my mind as I sat on my friend's roof deck asking
Siri where the closest place to get an IV was. In other words,
a big round of applause to these ladies who not only managed
to wear more than a bathing suit, but also seem to have...
dare I say it, blow dried their hair?! Consider me impressed.

March Best Dressed
March isn't even over yet, but I'm already calling this:
hands down Rachel Weisz in Victoria Beckham at the
premiere of Oz The Great and Powerful. I'm having a big Rachel
Weisz moment lately, probably because I just re-watched
The Constant Gardener for the 50th time over the weekend.
If you haven't seen it, queue it up on Netflix ASAP.
It's one of my Top 10. I dug up her Academy Award acceptance
speech for Best Supporting Actress for the movie - she
seems so poised and humble. Now throw her hubby Daniel Craig
into the mix. Total package.

Grammys Best Dressed Award Goes To...(UPDATED)
Beyonce is just killing it lately.
This Osman pantsuit was the most refreshing
outfit on the red carpet (Taylor Swift wore a
white Grecian gown?! I'm shocked. SHOCKED!)
Plus, everyone looks better with a
little Hova by their side.
And B, while I have your attention, when are we
going to get a Sasha Fierce/Adele collaboration?
Give the people what they want.
UPDATED: I've given this some serious thought all day -
I swear I have a real day job - and I've decided I simply
have to add a runner up. There was just no ignoring
Kelly Rowland last night. That body. Those lines.
Did I mention that body?
Kelly Rowland in Vivienne Westwood
Destiny's Child FTW.

Golden Globes Best Dressed Award Goes To...
Naomi. Naomi. Naomi.
Naomi was far and away the best dressed on Sunday night
(in my mind, at least) wearing Zac Posen, Lorraine Schwartz
jewels, a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch, and that
I-can't-put-my-finger-on-why-he's-so-sexy boyfriend* (?)
of hers, Liev Schreiber. I went searching for some
more of Naomi's red carpet style and was shocked that
she has flown under my sartorial radar until now.
She's perfection almost every time.
*They're not married, right?
My pop culture prowess is failing me here...
